Second City Announces Successful Exit in
Computer Access Technology Corp.
Second City Capital Partners, a
leading Canadian private equity fund, successfully
exited another portfolio investment this week with the
sale of Computer Access Technology Corporation (NASDAQ:CATZ)
to LeCroy Corporation NASDAQ:LCRY).

CATC provides digital data test
and analysis tools for communication protocols spanning
computing, storage and network markets. The company has
specialized in making advanced protocol analysis expert
systems for established and emerging digital
communication standards such as Bluetooth, IEEE 1394,
PCI Express, Fibre Channel, SCSI, ATA, USB and sells to
all the major storage players. LeCroy is a leading
provider of oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers and
related test and measurement solutions that enable
companies across a wide range of industries to design
and test electronic devices of all types.
